Excellent coffee and customer service

I use the coffee for my everyday coffee and the flavor never disappoints. I had an issue with the bags opening on during shipping and coffee spilling into the box. So, I sent them an email with the photos of the bags and they sent replacement beans and were so kind! I will 100% be ordering from them again!
