This oil was milled in November 2021 and has a "best by" date of November 2023. It is still incredibly high-quality, delicious oil with a lot of life left!  ALIVE is lovingly made with heirloom California Arbequina and Arbosana olives which are cold-pressed by a master miller within 90 minutes of harvest. Their rigorous standards mean tastier, healthier oils; we aim for each bite to leave you shining a little brighter.
