For everyday care vacuum regularly. To spot clean use warm water mixed with mild detergent - blot with a white undyed cloth. Do not pour detergent & water onto rug - use damp towel to blot. All rugs ship free from our warehouse in Steamboat Springs, CO. Shipping takes 3-7 business days and all orders ship fully insured with a signature required via UPS Ground. In stock rugs can be returned unused with tags within 7 business days.
