Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped either UPS, Fedex, or USPS. We only ship within the 50 contiguous United States.
If you choose ground shipping - orders could be shipped through any of the above 3 carriers.
Orders take 24-72 hours to fulfill in addition to the predicted shipping speed at checkout. If you need an order shipped day-of please call us at 616-802-8999. We are happy to accommodate day-of shipments before 12PM MST.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise up to 14 days after your purchase.
All items must be in the condition you received them in with tags attached and in the original packaging. Items that have been abused, broken, used, wash or damaged may not be returned.
Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the item less the shipping unless the product is determined defective. Due to the nature of handmade products, they have vary in size and style. You are receiving a one-of-a-kind product so no two items will be the same. If you are looking for specific dimensions on a product, please contact us before you purchase so we can assist in finding the right fit for you. The buyer is responsible for returning the item if it does not fit their style. The buyer is also responsible for returning the item safely. We are not responsible for damaged or lost items during return transit.

Damaged Shipment Policy
In the event of a damaged shipment, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund. WE MUST receive photos of the broken product in its original packaging. DO NOT throw away the packaging. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your photos and description of the claim. Do not discard of any product or packaging materials until your claim has been fully resolved.
