All orders are shipped either UPS, Fedex, or USPS. We only ship within the 50 contiguous United States. 

If you choose ground shipping - orders could be shipped through any of the above 3 carriers.

Orders take 24-72 hours to fulfill in addition to the predicted shipping speed at checkout. If you need an order shipped day-of please call us at 970-761-2723. We are happy to accommodate day-of shipments before 12PM MST. 

 

Damaged Shipment Policy

In the event of a damaged shipment, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund. WE MUST receive photos of the broken product in its original packaging. DO NOT throw away the packaging. Please email bekah@theadornco.com with your photos and description of the claim. Do not discard of any product or packaging materials until your claim has been fully resolved.
